Hi All,
I have recently joined a software company with 165 emp. as Sr. HR. This is totally a new profile for me. I'm confident of handling this department. My company is intending to go for ISO certification. Can some one help me on ISO documentation for HR (formats / guidelines/ process flow..etc.)
I have found most of the posts / information very useful in this site.
Thanks :)

DO you want Documentation only for HR process or for all process
for HR process the documents required
Training Procedure
HR Recruitment procedure
May be added advantage if both put together in HR Manual
if Your organisation hass HR manual, pl go through that thoroughly
See your organisation has Organisation chart, if yes get the latest revision and file
for each of the position in Organisation chart prepare the Responsibulity and Authority
For each of Responsibility and Authority see what is teh competency required for teh aprticular position
prepare the employee individual file as per the competency requirement vise versa
as per competency requirement map each employee competency level (Skill level)
find the gap between requirement adn Actual
if yes, make a trainign need identification report and map training need identification into training plan
prepare Training calendar
keep training records
keep training evaluation records and retraining records

The International ISO 14001 Standard relates to management systems that control the impact a company has upon its environment. In today's environmentally conscious society, an increased pressure is placed on organisations and industries, not just to pay "lip service", but to show initiative in demonstrating their green aspirations in regard to environmental issues. Maintaining operations within legislation, the ISO 14001 System will protect the company, its directors and employees from prosecution.
