I am working in a Finance Company, our company deduct PF as per provident fund act... i want to know whether the PF can be withdrawn without quitting the Existing Job.. Is there is any act or clause where an employee can withdraw provident fund without quitting the existing job...

You can not withdraw your PF accumulations while in service/ without leaving the job. However, subject to certain conditions you can take advances from the Fund.
Please find the attachment for details regarding eligibility for PF advances.
