Dear Prijith,
First of all, why you are accepting any change of shift without any intimation to HOD or HR. This should be treated as late coming or early going as per the shift scheduled assigned to the associate. You can deduct salary as per late coming / Early going and after deduction you may also issue warning letter for late coming / early going. But the only necessity will be HOD to relive the associate as per the schedule shift time.
