Dear Sir

One of IP's Salary has been increased during contribution period beyond ESI Ceiling limit. instead of stopping ESI deduction after the end of contribution period, they have continued to deduct for another five months. Now it has been stopped. In this scenario, please let me know whether he is eligible for ESI Benefit?

With Regards
N Mohan
