iam working in an organisation where in the hierarchy in not well defined so i need suggestions from all of you as iam confused how to define the levels ie. according to their salary or experiance ?
please help me out

Usually organizational hierarchy needs to be decided by Board or CEO. First you may need to collect their inputs. However one thing is sure, organizational hierarchy can't be defined based on salary.
Most of the HRMS suites will be having the facility to define organization hierarchy.
