I am currently associated with a well-known consulting firm which is involved in recruitment,T&D,Hr consulting.
The company is owned by IIM Ahmedabad alumni
I am involved in recruitments and BD activities.
Now i have worked with call centres for 2 years and i have a strong insight of call centres.
So, i want to persue my carreer in a call centre HR Deptt.
Now, I am working with this consultancy for the last 4 months.
How much time should i stay there.
