Dear HR's
Hope you are all doing good. currently i am working as a recruiter and I got offer as a HR executive which i am waiting for long time to build my career as a HR. The company is a start up which they are planning for 35 employees on board. among 35 employees we are hiring 10 senior Software engineers with salary of 20K per month and 25 freshers with 8k per month. Now since i am new to this field, i want to know how do we calculate PF, PT, DA, HRA etc. perhaps if you could help me with basic format of payslip with calculation that would help me a lot..
Thanks
SK
