Hi
The PPT shared looks excellent, though I must confess I have not done a detailed study of the same.
The Word document on Assessing your strategic thinking needs extensive proof reading e.g in Point 4 the word Tall appears instead of the word all. In Point 11 the word Team should appear instead of Term. In Point 32 the word collection seems to be a wrong word and the sentence is not comprehensible. In a few sentences the word mu has to be replaced by my.
Unfortunately the other word document Strategy also seems to need extensive proof reading. E.g The very first sentence has the word Cruel which has no relevance to the thought expressed in the sentence. The next sentence has the word into instead of to, thereby making the reading very jarring.
Since I have only had a cursor glance I would not be able to share my thoughts on the contents but am taking the liberty of sharing my immediate reactions so that my feedback can help you take corrective action.

Dear Mr Ashok,

A very good presentation.

I wish to add the following;

SLIDE 2

Good Point

To be a catalyst and not a control point.

POINT TO WATCH

Whether initial assumptions are holding good

throughout the implementation phase is to be ascertained peridically.

EXIT STRATEGY

How are the returns planned so as to have a

smooth exit strategy. That is the benefits of a new strategy gets easily copied

and hence the returns will be diluted. A niche market suddenly becomes

flooded with many players.

SLIDE 24

Concept correction

Any demanding activity would produce stress.

Stress has to be coped up. It cannot be the reason for giving up.

Instead intermediate results would give an idea whether to pursue or not.

SLIDE 20

Spelling correction

…team boos its is to be replaced by

…team boost its…

SLIDE 21

Spelling correction

…SWOT summery …. is to be replaced by

…SWOT summary…

SLIDE 26

Spelling correction

…what in conceived.. is to be replaced by

…what is conceived…

SLIDE 27

Concept correction

…Need for equity.. is to be replaced by

…Need for equality OR equanimity… ?

Equity in Indian context is used more as a financial term

SLIDE 28

Grammar correction

…Should be look…. is to be replaced by

…..Should look…..

SLIDE 33

Grammar correction

…completely understands their…. is to be replaced by

….. completely understand their …..

SLIDE 35

A better usage

…you react to change…. is to be replaced by

….. you respond to change …..

Das,

I had a look at all three attachments. I have a few questions on what yo are trying to do? What is the objective of these attachments. Is it for conducting a training, coming up with a strategy, drawing views from participants, .....? if so which one u plan to use? The PPT? all three? Who is the audience? Who is delivering the programme? Is the audience MBA students or corporate middle / senior / top management participants? if corporate, are these participants with formal management training or those performing managerial tasks but no exposure to management techniques, jargons, practices? what is the size of the company? Is it a family managed one, proprietory, a large listed company professionally managed, an MNC.... I have reasons for asking so many questions. Because your material form, content and delivery depends on all these and many more considerations.

Regarding content, I am unclear as to what you plan to do with the three attacments? I have not gone into the english, typo, formatting .... But looking at the content it appears to be a mix of several things asssembled from many sources with poor flow or a thread running through it. I do not know the format in which u plan to use these? In one of them I find tables with numbers. what is it for? To conduct a survey? for what? who r the respondents? what is the end objective? If so, I think it may not serve the purpose ..... R U based in Kerala?

I have conducted a similar program to an industry association. U can reach me on , 09845274369, visit www.primeconsultinggroup.net,

Continuing with my earlier reply, I think you need to think holistically on what (u r doing), who (is the audience), why (r u doing, the purpose) , how (u plan to achieve your objective), It will make a lot of sense if we have a dialogue
