c) Annual Benefits:

You will also be entitled to the annual benefits as follows:

i) Health Care, Dental and Medical : Rs. 12,000 per annum

ii) Leave Travel Concession for self and family : Rs. 21,000 per annum

The above Salary & Allowance, Reimbursement and Annual Benefits package includes housing allowance at the project site.

Section-III: Company/Miscellaneous Information

a) You shall be on probation for six (6) months. Thereafter, your performance will be reviewed and if found satisfactory, your services will be confirmed by a letter of confirmation. During probationary period, your employment can be terminated by either side by giving one month’s notice or one month’s gross pay in lieu of notice.

b) Statutory deductions, if any, will be made from your salary as per the prevailing law of the country. However, for your income tax you shall be personally responsible for filing returns etc. The company will provide you the tax deductions certificate, if applicable at the end of each financial year.

c) You will be entitled for 9 days medical leave per annum. Your request for medical leave should be duly supported with a medical certificate signed by registered medical practitioner. In addition to this, you will be entitled to earned leave at the rate of 21 working days per annum after completion of one year. You may avail leave earned with the prior information/permission and approval of senior management.

d) Your appointment shall be subject to your being declared physically fit. Even thereafter, in case it is considered essential, you shall have to undergo periodical or special medical examination from such a doctor as may be nominated by the company for the purpose of determining whether or not you are medically capable of carrying out your duties and if you are found medically unfit your services are liable to be terminated.

e) That you shall strictly abide by the rules, regulations, office order and instructions issued by Senior Management from time to time.

f) That you shall have to carry out such duties as are assigned to you and during such hours including split duty hours as may be directed by Senior Management and your superiors from time to time which in the event of your refusal will amount to gross misconduct.

g) That during your employment with us, you shall not work anywhere else directly or indirectly, part time, or full time, honorary or in any other capacity without written approval of Senior Management and you shall not disclose to anybody any confidential information available to you in the course of your employment with the company.

h) For all other matters not herein specified, the company's conditions of service and service rules and amended from time to time shall be applicable.

i) Any instance of improper conduct, misconduct, gross negligence or abandonment of the position to which you have been appointed shall constitute sufficient grounds for immediate dismissal. In such an event, payment of salary and all other payments shall cease as per the date of this dismissal. Improper conduct shall be deemed to include direct or indirect participation by the employee or authorised agents in any political activity in any country or in any professional or business undertaking or activity that could lead to a conflict of interest.

j) The written notice of termination of this contract of employment will be two (2) months by either party or two months’ gross salary in lieu of notice period. In case you leave your employment without giving requisite notice, no relieving order will be issued and settlement of dues will be at the discretion of the Management. The Management reserves the right to deduct, as liquidated damages, an amount equal to two months' gross salary from any amount that may be due to you and if the same is not available or is insufficient then the Management shall have the right to recover such amount as found due from you in any manner deemed fit.

We are pleased to offer you an appointment with us as Senior Engineer (Highways) on a gross monthly salary of Rs. 22,000/- (Rupees Twenty Two Thousand only) inclusive of housing allowance at the project site for our Consulting Services (Project Engineer) for 4-lane of Bangalore-Mysore Highway (SH-17), Bangalore-Maddur Package. This offer will be valid till the completion of this project or till the completion of your assignment in this project whichever is earlier. On your joining and till you locate your own accommodation at the project site, if you so wish, you may avail our accommodation on bachelor status for a maximum period of two weeks. Being an employee of XYZ Pvt. Ltd. every employee will have to follow the below mentioned Conduct and Discipline rules and no one in allowed abusing the system while on duty , If management finds any employee against the system, Management shall render an employee liable for disciplinary action.

1. Employees must be at the place of work by the fixed / notified time, an employee who reaches the office within 10 minutes of the fixed / notified starting time may be allowed to perform his / her duties. If in case he/she is not able to do so he must inform this to his/her reporting authority.

2. All the Employees have to wear their identity cards while on duty.

3. Every Employee will mark their Login time and Logout time in register whenever they will go out of office during working hours

4. Management will take strict actions if any employee found continues chatting or playing games while on working hours.

5. Music should be played only after the mutual consent of all the employees, present there.

6. Employee can check their personal mails at the time when they login and Logout time or during their Lunch hours. (i.e. between 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM)

7. If management finds login time of any employee from 10:05 AM to 10:15 twice, it should be countable as a Leave.

8. Employees can receive their personal calls but it should not disturb other present there. Management will not bear if any employee found that he/she is doing misuse of this facility or waste time on it, management allow the use but with limits , maximum duration is 15 to 20 min. Employee are not allowed to consume productive time on just phone calls (personal).

9. Employees will keep their cell/mobile phones on vibration mode.

10. The Lunch timings would be 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM ,an employee can avail this one hour for their personal work, they can go out of office after informing to the reporting authority , they are required to mark an entry of their login & logout time in the register.

11. Friends/relatives are allowed to visit the office but it should not disturb other employees, and their visit should not be more than 30 minutes (half an hour), they can sit in training cell during this session.

12. No employee shall, except with prior permission, use Company’s telephone, telex and fax facilities for private purposes. In case, in emergencies, such a use is permitted, with the authorization from his / her Supervisors/Reporting authority/management.

13. Further, an employee coming late to work or found absent from his station / place of work during working hours, without sufficient reasons or without authorization from his / her Supervisors, shall be treated absent for the duration of his / her absence and shall not be entitled to wages for the period. In addition, the competent authority may, at its discretion, also take suitable disciplinary action against the employee concerned.

14. No one is allowed to keep user passwords, if they are using any passwords they are required to share it with each member of XYZ Pvt. Ltd., as the computers are for their official work in case they are absent, their computers can be accessible by other members for official work.

15. Negligence of work by any employee will not be tolerable by the management; Management shall render an employee liable for disciplinary action.

16. Every Employee is required to make the entry if they are taking any office belongings to their respective homes (i.e. Books/magazine/Laptop/Pen drive etc.) and in case of any damage/lost that particular employee is liable towards it.

17. Every one will follow the dress code of the company:
