please provide the income slab
please give me the statement of salary account
what is the basic, hra ,da , pf and other deduction allotted to my account taking 20000pm and 25000 pm

Dear Meena
I have gone through some of your post and would like to help you with few points.
CiteHR is a public forum where we all contribute their knowledge experience with community.
We do not have access to individuals/account departments of private organisations.
You need to contact your collegues/HR department with contact details that are with you. You can even visit your office personally to get your queries solved.
We do not interfere or can influence any process/communication which MUST happen within the organisational network

Dear Meena,
Salary break ups / income slabs are varies company to company. No same break/ percentages like EPF and ESI ect. some companies take Basic+DA 50% and some organizations take 40% and others take 60%. Like wise all other components varies from org. to org. This is purely in your HR department or payslips available. If you provide payslips i can eloborate how much your organization allocate for each component.

Dear Meena,
In my previous posting i explained about the breakups are entirely different from organization to organization. Some companies gives Basic,D.A.seperately and some DA merged with Basic,HRA,Conveyance allowance,special allowance/other allowance. Generally these components corporate HRs decides how much percentage can be taken as breakup.If you are in HR Department i can suggest some model break ups.Apart from the above employer contributions like pf,esi,gratuity and other benefits can be included in CTC break up.

what are the special allowance and why pf is deducted two times what my home take pay? hra is wrong it should be more than that
