Btech in CSE - What skills should i know as HR if i switch?

Hello, I have 3.4 yr experience as a recruiter in consultancy. And i have done Btech in CSE i just want to grow up as a specific HR department. Please let me know what skills should i know as HR if i switch somewhere else or apply for another company.
