Respected Sir/ Mam,
I am an employee in a IT company located at Nagpur Maharashtra. I am working here for three months. My problem is that they are not providing me my salary stat/ slip. I have requested them three or four times but they are not responding to me.
Please help me, what I can do in this situation. I need those salary slips for my next company as well as for home loan.

You have just joined the company three months ago and you are already considering a job change. Not a good idea.
Regarding salary-slips, check with your other colleagues, if they are getting salary slips or not. If they are getting the salary slips then speak to the concerned person in HR and request the same. If the company does not have practice of salary slips then you give the reason of Home Loan, as you have mentioned in your query.

Thanks for a quick reply. In this company they don't provide salary slip to anyone. I am getting better opportunity (10 times) that is why I am leaving this job.
In my next company I have given bank statements too. Still I would like to know that is there any legal law that force them to give me salary slip.
