The article is a very bold article. It would however take a lot of courage to allow it to happen, given the present conditions of present day work environment where we do not get time to do a job once, let alone repeat it.

We tried it in our Organisation,some Managers took it positively while the others have gone deep into the blame game. The challenge is how to get rid of the negativity ?

Thanks for the article. It is quite true.. encouraging our staff does not mean we always have to intervene on their job just to things are correct and right. there is such a thing called 'learning progress', which we have to take into consideration.
Mistakes are often remedied by making them learning tools.
