I would like to know what is the deduction method of P.T for diff salary structures. Is P.F is of 12% for all the organizations or else depends? May I know will it start from 12%?

It is nice to see the pay slips in various formats. But In some pay slips there is no Deduction of PT. More over the rate of PT varies from state to state. More over there is no DA in payslip where in I believe as it is verymuch necessary as per labour rules. More over the PF deduction of employeer might be restricted max to 6500 so the calculations has to be changed.

can any one let me know whether BAsic, DA and HRA are to be having %age in the full pay.
At most times i noticed Basic to be 40%, Da to be 10% and HRA to 20% of basic pay.
Is that according to industry standards or not?

Dear All. Thanks for the various types of Payslips. But in none of the payslips there is no heading of Basic & DA divided. But as per the shops act I beleive DA is necessary

If ur Salary is Rs.20,000/- pm then the Bifurcation will be as follows
Basic :Rs.10,000/-
HRA :Rs.4,000/-
Conveyance : Rs.800/-
Medical Allowance :Rs.1,250/-
Other Allowance : Rs.3,950/-
