Prof Raj,
Though the frog stroy is a old wine in a new bottle, it is packaged well and my congrats.
But in my view, it is too simplistic to draw an analogy from this to organisational change, since the changes happening in a globalised market are so rapid (unlike gradually heated water) that organisations need to revisit their strategies quite more often than yesteryears even to stay afloat. If they are not sensitive and responsive to the happenings, the shake off is quickly imminent on them. Don't you think so?

The article is very right in todays world, companies has to evolve themselves, same is the case with individuals, if companies are stagnant as quoted in the examples then people working also become the same, and for the people to get better opportunity will be limited so one has to change for better, i really liked this article if people changes then do organisational thinking changes alway educate yourself that is the moral i draw from this story.

This is an excellent story for those who are rigid and not accept the change while the senario changes.

Thanks. Actually this is the right way of teaching the student about the subject to make them learn through pratical experience. it may be done through class room cass study and drama where they will require to play the roles of actual workplace environment gives them chance to actually think in the way as if they are actually in that situation.
