if your first time employment is after 1st sep 2014 and your pf salary is more than 15000, you cannot become member of EPS. Your employer had wrongly diverted the amount to Pension fund. Approach the previous employer to give letter to the concerned EPFO and rectify the mistake by issuing revised documents ( they might ask for Form 3A) . In the meantime, you may also register a compliant under epfigms portal regarding your grievance.
