Srikant, 1st you have done B. Com then why you chose Administration, Administration are not a specific area this is the general core of the industries, please note some guidelines about your feture:-
1. Now you can doing MBA in business/ any field in administration after that you can availed positively any good job otherwise very difecult.
2. If you are going to Accounts lines the your carear is start as fresher job.
3. You can do the MBA in Human Resources and going to HR / Personnel department.
