The leaves provided in my company are as per the Calendar Year. Employees are given 14 days of Privilege Leave.
If an employee resigns in March, should the entire Privilege Leave be encashed?

Yes employee’s accumulate leave will get encashed with the final Settlments. But it is subject to company policy to what extent employee can encash his leaves.
