Hi, my name is Stanislava, and my ambition is to write a master's thesis about leadership in IT projects. I am looking for a questionnaire and manual suitable for identifying the leadership style of managers. I do not want to use LJI and LPC of Fiedler. I think that the Blake-Mouton grid theory or R. House's "path-goal" theory would be good for me. Alternatively, another questionnaire that can identify orientation to task and relationships. Do you have any of them, also with a manual, please? I hope you can help me somehow. Thank you! :)

Respected Sir,
I am Tagore Govindarajan, a student of Masters in Disability Rehabilitation Administration at the National Institute for the Mentally Handicapped in Secunderabad, India. As part of our course, we have to undertake a project, and my topic is "Leadership Styles of Administrators working in Disability Rehabilitation Organizations." To measure the leadership style, I intend to use the Multifactor Leadership Style Questionnaire developed by Bass and Avolio (2000).
Sir, I kindly request you to please send me the scale as I am unable to find it on the internet.
Thanking You
