Can anyone suggest any team building games or exercises? Our team consists of about 20 people. I would like to make team building a fun activity rather than a routine, boring lecture.

Hi Aparna, some simple things to do in the office could be to have a team 'Bakra' nomination contest, where the person who gets the most votes as Bakra is given an unusual task to do. Each month, one person becomes the Bakra and is then eliminated from further rounds. You could organize a team-wise paper dress fashion show where the group has to design and wear a dress made with newspaper alone.
