Hi,

We have started self-appraisal form, which will be issued to all employees as per their due. This should help in annual appraisal but also to identify key potential improvement areas, which will be in line with the organization's future growth plans. These KPAs would be intimated to employees and reviewed periodically. Please let us know your value additions on this attachment.
