I have opened a proprietary company and wish to apply for voluntary provident fund registration. My total employee strength as of today is less than 20. I am in the offshore manpower business and hire employees on a contractual basis at a day rate.
Please advise on the cost implications of obtaining the PF registration, the time required to acquire the PF number, and the procedure involved. Kindly revert regarding the above at your earliest convenience.

Approach for EPF Registration

However, whenever you need to provide the EPF Code, you can indicate the status of your EPF code application with proof. Clients would consider your tenders subject to the production of proof.
Expedited Registration Process
If your business grows to the point of requiring immediate registration, you can approach the RPFC/APFC for expedited allotment. I believe you can handle the registration process without needing anyone's help. However, compliance with the provisions of the EPF & MP Act must be done diligently, for which you may need the assistance of professionals or specific knowledgeable employees.
