Being a sole proprietorship company, am I eligible to apply for a PF/ESIC account?
There is a possibility that I might need it for third-party contract hiring, for which it is mandatory to have a PF/ESIC account.

Instead, it is decided by the number of employees. If you have 10 employees, you should take ESI registration, and if you have 20 employees, you should also take PF registration.
