So here, I have a PF account, and I want to quit the job and join in another field. If I don't disclose my previous employment history to my new employer and if he creates a new PF account, is there any way he can find out about my previous employment history?

As long as your UAN (Universal Account Number) is linked to Aadhar card, you may not be able to generate another UAN number from the new employer. Even at the time of withdrawal of the old account, the Aadhar card is mandatory. The settlement will be withheld. In the present system, you cannot escape.
