I need to know the average salary increment or the salary rise in the year 2017 given by the mid size IT companies i.e having employees from 100 to 500.

Hi! You should buy a 2017 Compensation Survey Report prepared by a company in the area where your company operates. In that report, go to the data on the market median rate labeled as "50th percentile".
