I need a suggestion. My overall experience is almost 5 years in the BPO sector.

Work Experience

1) Genpact – 2009 to February 2011

2) AON Hewitt Associate (Haryana, Gurgaon)
Team Auditor (February 2011 – November 2012)

3) Quatrro Mortgage Solutions Pvt Ltd
SME (November 19, 2012 – June 20, 2013)

4) Salient Business Solutions Limited - Avantha Group
SME (June 2013 – March 2014)

5) Infosys Jaipur Ltd MT – Level 3 (April 1, 2014 – July 30, 2014)

I got an opportunity to work with Infosys in Jaipur, but it was quite tough for me to settle down because of health issues there, so I left my job and came back to Delhi. Now, when I apply for any job, HR raises issues with stability. I'd like to add that when I joined Quatrro, I worked there for 6 months, and due to a process ramp-down, the company wanted me to move to Chennai. To be on the safer side, I joined Salient Business Solutions, where I worked for 9 months. During that time, I got an opportunity to work with Infosys in Jaipur, but due to health issues, I left my job. Please advise what I should do. Should I remove my 6-month experience from my CV?

Stability Concerns in Job History

Stability will be a problem. In five years, you have changed five jobs, and Genpact is the company where you had the longest tenure. Also, the decision to move to Jaipur instead of opting for Chennai does not provide a satisfactory explanation to any HR professional. Therefore, consider omitting the last two positions from your resume, but ensure you have a clear explanation for what you did during that period. Health issues can be a concern as there is always a risk they might recur.
