I have had too many job changes on my resume over the course of 8 years. Would anybody please guide me on how to address this in an interview? On average, I have spent approximately 1.8 months in an organization, and now I am looking to settle down.

Thanks and regards,
Amar

Without knowing your background and the reasons for your frequent job changes, it's difficult to provide specific advice. Your figures suggest that you have changed jobs nearly 50 times in 8 years. If you applied for a job where I was responsible for shortlisting candidates, you would hardly stand a chance.

I have seen your resume, and it's very good. Unlike what you have said in your earlier post, you have spent an average of 18 months, not 1.8 months. Hence, there is no problem; kindly make sure you have good explanations of why you changed your jobs.

Best wishes.
