Resolving Unpaid Dues and Legal Action for Employee Rights - CiteHR

I have served 8 years for a reputed organization. I have resigned, accepted, and served a 2-month notice period. I have a xerox copy of the HOD undersigned No Due certificate on the last day. I have communicated my disappointments with the organization, due to which I was expelled forcefully on the last day and was not provided my last month's salary, gratuity, leave encashment, and relieving letter. I have completed all my relieving formalities as per company policies.

Legal Steps for Recovering Dues

How and from where can I start my legal steps to get the rest? Please suggest how to proceed through the court of law. Since I have not been provided with a relieving letter with my acceptance signature, am I still considered an employee of that organization?

You should approach to the labour officer of your area and clearly explained the issue and show all the proofs to make your points valid and ask to take action.
