Can somebody tell me what performance appraisal method is typically followed in a software organization? The methods generally used include:

i) Balanced Scorecard method
ii) MBO
iii) Any other method, please specify.

If you have any insights on this topic, especially in the context of a software organization with both a development team and a Quality Assurance Team, I would appreciate your input.
