Dear All, I need your assistance. I am seeking a template for a particular situation involving an employee.
We had earlier sent a notice of conclusion letter to this employee. However, the company has now chosen to extend the conclusion date of his conclusion.
Does anyone have a template letter that can be used for this purpose?

Hi, There is no standard prescribed format for this. These are Company specific based on nature of work involved etc. Just providing you an outline. You may alter based on your requirement.

All other terms and conditions of your initial Letter of Contract, not covered in this communication will remain unaltered.
Kindly confirm your acceptance for the above extension of Contract."
Please note that if you have already terminated the previous contract and acknowledged by the employee it is advisable to go for new contract or please collected back the termination of contract letter issued to that employee.
