When a person is hired, new hires fill out full background info on the agency website for verification and I know that. My question is specific to resumes only. Do companies/managers also send resumes that were initially submitted during interview process to get verified/cross-checked? What happens when the information entered to agency is correct and mismatches only slightly with the resume?
