Why should an HR seend warning letter to one who has not joined? Just send a letter that since you have not joined, the offer remains terminated. That is enough.

Hi,

Normally, in all offer letters, there will be a clause as below or a similar clause:

"This offer is valid until ____ only, and your failure to report to duty on or before _____ will lead to the cancellation of this offer without any further communication."

If any such clause is already added in your offer letter, there is no need for a separate offer cancellation email. If the candidate fails to join on the stipulated date, the offer will be automatically canceled.

If the candidate doesn’t join on or before stipulated date mentioned in the offer letter, the offer letter stand cancelled unless the candidate has asked for any extension. R R Kapoor Vadodara

Yes, I agree with Mr. Lakshminarayan.

There is no need to send any cancellation letter because the conditions will be available in the offer letter itself. Therefore, the offer will automatically lapse.
