Hello sir/madam, I want to know if I am working in the company as a DET. After completing the training, I didn't receive any confirmation or provisional letter. I am still working in the company, and my salary remains the same as it was during the training period. I have been working for five months after the training period was completed. What legal action should I take against the company?

Hello RL, If the company does not confirm you after the training period, just resign from there after serving the proper notice period and look for a suitable job. Why do you want to take legal action against the company? The company may have reasons like unsatisfactory performance. Do a self-analysis of your performance and find out where you need to improve.
