Hi all,
Can anyone solve my problem? I was working with a firm where my contribution and the employer's contribution of PF were deducted from my salary. After working for 7 months, I resigned from the company. Will I get back my PF? Please tell me which forms I need to fill out and also explain a way or procedure to obtain my claim if my employer doesn't sign the Employer signature column in the PF form.

Hi,
Yes, you will get it back. The procedure is that you are required to submit the filled-up withdrawal forms 10C and 19 to your employer after 60 days of your resignation. You will get it back, but you will receive only 3.67% of the employer's contribution which goes to the PF fund, excluding your 12% contribution, and the accrued interest will also be paid by the employer.

Subject: PF Queries
I used to work in a company and want to transfer my PF by submitting Form 13. Please advise me on the process of Form 13, where and how I should submit it, who will initiate and certify it. What should I do if my previous employer does not certify it?
This is very urgent, so please provide guidance. My current employer is a bit confused about whether to submit Form 13 at the previous employer's R.P.F. office or the present employer's R.P.F. office, along with Form 3A for the account transfer.
Please advise me on this matter promptly.

Hi Manas,
You can get Form 13 filled by your previous employer, along with Form 3A, which will be provided by your previous employer. Submit these forms to your current company. Whatever you have contributed so far will be transferred to your new PF account, which will be opened by your current company.

Re: PF Queries
One of my friends had resigned from his previous company after working for 10 months without giving the required 3 months' notice. Now, he wants to withdraw his PF and pension amount, but his previous employer is insisting that he must first provide the 3-month notice pay before they will sign off on the withdrawal. Please advise me on how he can retrieve his PF amount without involving his previous employer.

Hi Team, my PF online account status is showing as settled, but the PF amount has not been credited to my account as mentioned on the application. Please assist me in identifying whom I should contact to receive my PF amount. Alternatively, should I download the PF Form and resubmit it once again?
Looking forward to your reply.

Hi,
Good day!
I have been working for the past 5 years in a reputed organization. I have planned to move my PF account to the new company I have joined and have submitted all the necessary forms. My query is, I can see a 12% contribution by me and a 3.67% employer contribution. What about the remaining 8.33% of the employer contribution? How can I claim that amount? Will it be moved to the new company account, or do I need to submit any forms to close and receive that amount in my hand? Kindly advise.
