Hi Team, I am looking out for latest leave policy. Mandatory leaves that as go in to policy as per Karnataka State Labor Laws.

If your organization falls under the Karnataka Shops & Commercial Establishment Act, both AL (Annual Leave) and SL (Sick Leave) are mandatory. Maternity Leave is mandatory as well, regardless of whether it is a shop or a factory. Refer to the provided snapshot for further clarification.
