Solution for unfair discharge without any reason from a private bank. Protest against the bank and possible solutions?

Dear Sl-Somani, the information provided in your post is too inadequate to give any solution. Please confirm what exactly happened in chronological sequence. Who was dismissed, when were they dismissed, were they issued any show-cause notice before dismissal, and whether any inquiry was conducted before the dismissal?
If the private bank has dismissed an employee, it could be due to financial irregularity. Generally, banks do not take such an extreme measure unless they have material evidence at hand. Nevertheless, when you provide us with all the details of the incident, we will apply our logic and decide whether the dismissal was fair or not.
