Exploring Career Options After a Gap
When it comes to continuing professional activities, you may or may not continue in HR. Simply having the qualification and a few years of experience in HR does not necessarily mean you should pursue a career in HR exclusively. There are career options available in newer fields like Data Science that you may consider exploring.
Training Programs in Supply Chain
Apart from soft skills, I also conduct training programs in the field of Supply Chain. Interestingly, the participants were from the Purchase Department, even though they were MBA graduates in HR.
Qualifications vs. Ability to Deliver
In today's job market, qualifications matter less than a person's ability to deliver results. Opportunities are abundant, and the choice of career path ultimately lies with you!
