I left my previous job in August 2020 and joined a small-scale company. Now I have an offer from an MNC, and I'm planning to abscond from the small-scale company. However, I want to know if not showing any experience or proof of absconding from the company to my next employer will create any risk in the background check, particularly concerning a link to PF details.

I do not think that your intention to abscond is either honest or ethical if your current employment is formal. Particularly, if EPF subscription is deducted, it will lead to a problem in the next employment. So, drop the idea of absconding and better resign formally from the start-up observing the notice conditions.
