Dear All, kindly suggest. I accepted this job due to my last company ramping down, and I had a financial problem, so I accepted a Front Office Assistant job. However, I have around 8 years of experience in the operations domain in prior companies. Now, I want to switch over again to operations or HR/Admin, but it's becoming difficult because of my current designation and salary, which is higher if needed to start as a fresher. I am very confused about my future career path. Should I start as a fresher with a low salary as right now I am in no condition to take a hit over my salary or continue with the Front Office profile?
