Hi All,

I request you to post probing questions to assess the following skill sets for BPO Recruitments:
- Communication
- Attitude
- Fitment into the company's culture
- Stability issues

In addition, for outbound sales campaigns, what are the other interviews apart from personal discussions that could be appropriate?

This article would definitely be useful. I invite all my HR friends to share their views regarding the same.

In the BPO sector, questions should be asked logically. For example, "Is the candidate willing to work rotational shifts? (Y/N)" If the candidate answers yes, then we need to check the candidate's availability.
