I am working in an MNC as a fresher for the past 2 years. During this period, I have completed multiple acclaimed certifications and am still continuing to pursue many more. During my hiring, the CTC offered by this company was very low. Now, I am attending interviews outside, but after all the discussions, the CTC offered to me is based on my current CTC (which is rather low). This has happened to me in three cases, all of which I turned down.
No company that I attend is looking at my skills, only the experience and the current CTC. I can say that very few profiles will have that skill set in 2 years of a career. What should I do now? Should I accept the package offered by them? Can't I demand based on my skill set (I am not that greedy to demand a lot, but the amount I feel that I deserve)?

You have not mentioned whether you are in a technical or non-technical field. Also, you have not mentioned your current and expected salary. The salary amount you think you deserve may not be realistic for the employer.
Qualifications vs. Experience
My point of view is that qualifications are just like a hall ticket to get into the organization. What is important is rich practical experience to execute the job assigned to you. I would suggest you master yourself in your work and stick to any company for a considerable number of years, prove yourself to gain work knowledge and monetary rewards. However, when there is no scope for career growth with your current employer, you may look for new employment.
Salary Considerations
Yes, employers tend to fix salary based on the last drawn salary.

I am in the technical field, working as an RPA developer in Blue Prism. I have also worked on RPA - Ui Path previously, where I have been part of three deployed projects to date and have worked on a number of PoCs. I have knowledge of ASP.NET and JEE, with a strong understanding of OOPS concepts, and I was the topper in my training batch. Additionally, I have good knowledge of MS SQL Server, where I am comfortable writing SQL/PLSQL queries and capable of creating procedures/functions/cursors, including Varrays and nested tables. I have also obtained the AD01 certification in Blue Prism, as well as foundation and orchestrator certificates in Ui Path. Currently, I am preparing for the APD01 (Professional Developer) certification in Blue Prism and advanced SAP automation certifications in Ui Path.
My current CTC is 3.6 LPA, and I am expecting 6.5 LPA, which seems high to some recruiters. However, I believe my performance in all the interviews I have attended has been strong, and I have successfully cleared most of them. I do not think I am demanding too much. Please let me know your thoughts. Thank you.
