Hello,

Could you please provide me with the root cause of this issue? The first time I log in to the member portal and approve KYC through DSC, it works fine. However, when I attempt to approve one more record, the Digital signature window does not show up at all. I find that restarting the system allows me to approve the record. Unfortunately, I have to restart the system for every record for KYC approval through DSC. All DSC-related settings are set to EPFO SITE.

Dear Sir,Please help me out by giving suggestion regarding KYC approval in EPFO such as Type of window, Security adjustment in Java and internet Explorer, Search engine etc.

Hello everyone,

Can you please provide me with the root cause of this issue? When we attempt to approve Form 5A on the EPF portal using the DSC, the following message is displayed:

INFO: UNEXPECTED ERROR OCCURRED WHILE SIGNING. Exception=invalid type code: AC.

Please advise me on the above issue.

When are we going to approve Form 5A on the EPF portal through DSC for the signing process, the below message is displayed:

This error has been persisting for more than a month. Upon inquiry, I was informed by the EPF field office that the technical error would be rectified. Previously, the DSC would be displayed, and when I clicked "SIGN," an error message stating "UNEXPECTED ERROR EXCEPTION=NULL" would appear. However, now the error occurs right from the beginning and logs me out immediately. Updating the bank account information is crucial for receiving reimbursement under PMGKY, and it seems like the system has intentionally blocked this process.
