I have recently joined an establishment and came to know that many employees have left during a long span of time, but their exit dates have not been updated or mentioned in the EPF portal. Could you please guide me on how to update the exit dates of all the employees who have left in earlier years and clear the KYC pendency list for those who are not active?

it means that form 10 is not filled after the exit of employee collect the exit date with attendance register, and update the same under annexure II on ECR portal

Many thanks. Can we also change other information through Annexe II like F/H name, Gender or DOB etc. ?

After UAN allotment, data cannot be changed; it's just related to marking for international workers, date of joining, and date of exit. However, wait for UAN 2.0 where the department will allow rectification of the data once, exactly as per the Aadhaar card.

To change employees details (like Father/Spouse name, DOB, correction in name and/or surname) use Joint Declaration by the EPF department. Thank you Roshan Suvarna

Hi,

I have already uploaded Annexure II and now need more data to be updated. However, when I tried to upload another Annexure II, the system did not accept it and showed that Annexure II has already been uploaded. I am requesting your kind guidance and advice for further information.

@mirza annexure II is only update of missing data, and can be used once only

Thanks for your kind reply , actually I need to update few more employees' exit date those were not included in previous uploaded Annexure.

@Mirza you can remove the already upldated members from list and upload the balance one time upload per member is allowed

I understand that after deletion of uploaded file, only balance data will be uploaded and exclude the previously uploaded. Many thanks.

Can the employee update the Date of Exit (DOE) in the URN portal? If yes, what is the process?

Actually, I want to withdraw my PF. All details like PAN, AADHAR, and Bank Account are updated, but only due to DOE, I'm not able to process online withdrawal service.

For your information, I left that company 2 and a half years ago, and currently, I'm not working with any company.
