Employment Issues and Legal Advice Needed

I am working as a Senior Manager in a Limited company for the past 3 years. The employer has been giving me irregular salaries for the last 2 years. When I pushed them on this issue, they sent me a backdated termination letter dated August 2017 via email on 3.11.17. Now, when I raised objections to their termination letter, they are not responding. They cited the reason for termination as my absence, but I was present in the office. They have not released my full and final settlement to date. I have now started sending my regular attendance through email and informed them to pay my salary until they release my full and final settlement. It is unfair to terminate an employee without a valid reason. Additionally, they have not paid the income tax and PF deductions from my salary for the past 2 years.

Seeking Legal Advice

Now, how should I legally react and challenge them? Please advise me as soon as possible.

Thank you

"Also, they have not paid income tax and PF for the last 2 years, which is deducted from my salary.

This offense itself can land the company in trouble if you contact the EPFO office nearby your place, and the same goes for non-remittance of Income Tax.

What is the proof of your presence in the office?

Send them a registered letter detailing the problems and ask for remedial action.

If they fail to respond, a legal notice could be considered."
