Dear Seniors and friends,

Please advise me. I have completed a "Master of Personnel Management & Industrial Relations" from a reputed institute in 2001. I got married and was blessed with kids. Consequently, I couldn't pursue a career during that time. I am currently 40 years old and now wish to embark on a career in the HR field. I believe it's never too late to pursue a government job. Kindly suggest what steps I should take and where to begin, considering I am based in Delhi.

Thank you.

Respected Seniors and Friends,

Please suggest how to start my career in the HR field. I have completed a Master of "Personnel Management and Industrial Relations" in 2001. I do not have any work experience but have qualified the pre-Ph.D. registration test in HR in 2006. I now want to start my career in the HR field. What options are available for me? I am currently residing in Delhi. I am a 40-year-old female.

Thank you.
