Hi There Need a sample letter for Degradation in job responsibilities of an assistant HR Manager currently the said manager is handling two companies , need a sample letter Please help

Dear Aselasirimewan,

Rather than referring to it as degradation in job responsibilities, you could issue him a letter with the heading "Revision of Job Responsibilities" and outline the duties for which he is responsible. Please clearly specify who will be his reporting authority. Additional information could include the criteria for measuring his performance, how the performance will be evaluated, when evaluations will occur, and who will conduct them.
