The best way to learn HR compliance is to engage the services of a reputed and knowledgeable consultant and obtain a list of audit documents from him or her. After this, get your records of the past 6 months audited and be present during the audit. This hands-on experience will impart practical knowledge. There are numerous HR acts, and by simply reading sections and rules, you may become confused. To better understand, you can create your own notes during the audit, conduct research online, and engage in some R&D. In my opinion, this is the best way to stay on the right track.
