Hi Everyone,

I have just joined an IT company. I want to prepare a feedback form so that each employee can give feedback on each other (like 360-degree feedback). Please help me with the questions that I should mention in the form.

Dear Shivi,

More than the points to be included in the feedback, what matters is the maturity of the members who give feedback. Do they have thorough knowledge of the competencies on which they will assess their peers? Have they been systematically trained on how to give feedback? If not, then with their half or partial knowledge, they could do more harm than good. Therefore, please take into account this risk before going ahead with the exercise.
