The Honorable Prime Minister of India launched the Shram Suvidha unified portal of the Ministry of Labour and Employment on 16.10.2014 and introduced four Labor Acts, namely CLC(C), EPFO, ESIC, and DGMS. However, there has been no detailed feedback from the respective departments regarding the enforcement of these Acts. I kindly request the members of this forum to share any information they may have about the launch of the aforementioned portal for the benefit of all members.
