Dear Sir/Madam, I would like to know what forms and registers HR has to maintain on a daily or monthly basis as per the law. I am working in a Pvt Ltd company with a strength of 30 employees. I am also interested in creating a WhatsApp HR group that would include members from HR/IR/ER/Personnel-Manager/Sr/Executive. Please help me in creating the WhatsApp group.

Simply make compliance with Shram Suvidha Portal and use their online register, which consolidates most of the registers to be maintained. Only the inspection register/books and accidents register/books would then be the main part of the physical register to be maintained unless any register is specified specifically for a specific type of industry.

Thank you for your reply. I have been asked to maintain hard copies of the required and mandatory forms, i.e., FORM "O," "C," and Q. Also, I would like to know whether I have to register my company on the Shram Suvidha Portal and if it is chargeable. What is the procedure for the same?
Kindly explain to me in detail. So far, I have only maintained personal files of all employees and the PF challan file.
